foundation since its establishment in March 2001 by establishing an R&D center, obtaining the Inno-Biz certificate,
and being designated as a technologically advanced enterprise.
In order to maximize the values in the field of semiconductor testing for 100 years, we have been following three principles:

First, invest in human resources Rather than pursuing short-term development, we are continuously investing to achieve necessary experience and knowledge to cultivate a professional group through investment in human resources.

Second, build experience through R&D investments and strive for new knowledgeThrough product development and continuous investment in development infrastructure, we are building innovative manufacturing and development systems and to provide the optimal tester that the period demands. We are also striving for new knowledge by branching out to other industries and values.

Third, building a platformGoing beyond the current semiconductor testing industry, we plan to provide the platform for cutting-edge semiconductor testing necessary for the imminent 5/6G telecommunications, AI and autonomous driving and do so together with our customers and other industries while pursuing mutual development and growth.
